Find Your Me-Spot has teamed up with iVillage.co.uk, one of the UK's most popular websites for women to bring these exciting (and did we mention, free?!) events to a town near you.
We want to motivate women across the country to re-evaluate the way in which they make time for themselves whilst also offering top tips on how to re-discover that spark in their love lives. Do those who are confident have better sex or could better sex actually make you more confident? It's time to find out! Expert advice on fashion, beauty and confidence-boosting will also be provided at these bespoke events to help you rediscover the new you.
As well as sharing top tips from well respected experts on this website, we are launching a national roadshow* enabling women to escape from their hectic lifestyle for a few hours and enjoy quality me time, whether you choose to attend with friends or fancy relishing some time for yourself.
